Kudo's And Thanks

We would like to take this chance to thank all the wonderful people who have offered their time, resources and professional expertise to help make Joseph's life a little easier for himself and his  familiy. It would become nearly impossible to name all by name so if we forget some one please forgive us .We appreciate everyones efforts equally and cant express our gratitude to everyone enough.

His home care company is called Mid-Atlantic Home Infusion and the girls I talk to are
Kelly and Pam.  ( Kelly and Pam help me to learn to administer shots and medications and are on standby at any hours of day or night to help me out in a jam.  Kelly also came to have her bone marrow tested.  I don't know the pharmacist's name, but she does the impossible, and finally Victor the driver who delivers the medication at late hours and in the sleet and snow for us and always remembers to ask about him.

Dr. Halprin and the rest of the team who trusts me enough to allow him to go home on these medications to be with his family.

All his wonderful nurses nurses at 6 Conklin who love him so much and have become our family.  The nurses and staff at the Reuten Clinic who always go the extra mile to make the process easy and painless and of course the staff of Tomorrow's Children who provide financial and emotional support to us and improve  "quality of life" for Joseph.

Finally, we hope we never need them again, but the nurses at PICU (pediatric, I.C.U) who literally nursed Joseph back to life last February.
We love you all.

Outside of the Hospital, we want to thank the Kornberg family for adopting us as there own!  Most importantly Diane for managing to keep her sanity and smile through ALL OF THOSE PHONE CALLS for the bone marrow drive.

The Elmwood Park Fire Dept. for going out of their way to help us with a bone marrow drive.

Dr. Schill and his family who took Joseph under their wing and wrote to the Chamber of Commerce for help on Joseph's behalf, and visited us we needed support the most.

Lowe's Home Improvement (store 524) who have literally adopted Joseph as their mascot and have remembered him at Christmas time as well as supported him financially with personal employee donations - Thank you...

Glen Hegner for contacting Clarence B Nance JR.From the AMAMARK Corporation and securing a donation of cookies for the Bone Marrow drive  and driving them to the Fire House in Elmwood Park.

And finally and most gratefully we'd like to thank Augie Frey for building this wonderful website so that we can stay connected to all of the wonderful  people (who are to many of you to name, but matter just as much) who care for and love Joseph as much as we do.

Bear hugs and kisses to all of you!!
                                                                                                                        Joseph's mom
